One of our Sales Representatives will come out to your home and take measurements. At this time, they can discuss any preferences you have for manufacturers, colors of frames, glass, etc. and answer any questions you may have. They will come back to the office and prepare your estimate and email you once its ready. You will receive a follow up call from a Vico team member to make sure you have received the estimate and go over any questions you may have.
Once you are ready to move forward, we will prepare your contract and set up the appointment for one of our installers to come out and take a final measurement. At this time, we will bring out a copy of your contract, permit documents for you to sign, and collect your 50% deposit.
During this time the Vico team is working on getting everything ready for your installation. We will apply for any HOA & Condo Association approvals, Materials will be ordered, We will get the Engineering needed for your project, Submit the Notice of Commencement, and Apply for your Permit.
Once we have the permit and material. We will call you to arrange your installation, and go over any pre installation instructions.
It's time for Installation. Make sure you have followed any installation instructions given to you by one of our Vico team members. The installers will arrive and begin your installation, they will remove and install each window one at a time and work their way around your home.
Once Installation is complete, we can schedule your final inspection with the city, depending on the city the inspection can usually be completed as soon as the day after installation is complete.
